The listing on VRBO said that the linens and towels were included. 2 weeks before our stay I got a text message saying that this was our final chance to purchase the linen service. Otherwise, we had to bring our own linens for the beds and towels. When I contacted the manager, she said that the linens weren’t included and after I told her that the listing said they were, she asked me to send her a screenshot. I did and she said that it must have been a website that was using old info. I said it was the VRBO app and she said to just let her know if we wanted to purchase the linen service. My wife looked up the property on the FrioFun website and it said linens were 200 and when you scrolled down it also said that they were included. We purchased the linens and they charged us 150. New price idk. When we got to the property the upstairs was pretty warm and it had a window unit and 2 wall units but neither of the wall units were working. The 150 linens barely fit the beds and one top sheet was ripped and had a black mark on it. Also the fridge did not work. I contacted the manager and she argued with me that the fridge was working earlier and that there were only 2 ac units upstairs. She did have a guy fix the ac the next morning and had a new fridge and sheets delivered. After that the stay was great. The property was nice, check-in was easy, and the manager was quick to answer when we had a problem (just seemed like she didn’t believe me at first).
