'Seacliffe Inn in Leamington is a gem. The rooms are clean, nicely furnished, and situated with a view to the beach area. The person at the Front desk was friendly and helpful. I gave it 5 stars because it deserves it, but there are a couple of things I would like to bring up for further review. The room would have been much more enjoyable with a couch, rather than bar stools. The on-site dining experience is far too expensive for the beach atmosphere. 'Paul is very gentle and he served us a breakfast made with great care. You can see the diligent attention in the details of the installation - in the room, in the bathroom and breakfast area. Even though our room was downstairs, we could notice his caution not to make noise to us when we walked upstairs. We will definitely come back if visiting the region again. ;)'

'This house accommodated three couples perfectly. You are right on the waters edge/beach. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with all the basic necessities. It was roughly a 10 min drive to restaurants and a grocery stores. Communication with Kelly was easy. Check in/ out process was great - simple!Recommendations- add two more deck chairs for seating. Also - an additional wash cloth for each person. One wash cloth for a weekend (two night stay) is not feasible. We would stay here...
