Book this place! Super comfortable, lots of room, kitchen was enormous and easily accommodated many cooks in the kitchen. There was space to gather 13 people together as well as space to break away for some quiet time. Town is very close, you can walk there if you want. Highly recommend

Beautiful Stay in Leavenworth

This is a gorgeous house. VERY large and accommodating for a lot of people. The kitchen is very well appointed, the beds are VERY comfortable, the setting is picture perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Thank you for all the comforts you provided!!!

Beautiful Home, great location

The kitchen was very well stocked, everything we needed and more was available. The beds were extremely comfortable. There is plenty of room to spread out, the master suite bathroom is amazing. The cons: hot tub wasnt covered and the trees were dumping huge snow clumps all over us, so really couldnt use it. The fireplace downstairs didnt work (brrr) and the main living area furniture was pretty dated for such a grand room.

Wonderful Vacation

Thank you so much for a wonderful girls trip. It was helpful to have 2 bedrooms on the one level for our two older women. Very close proximity to town but still quiet, peaceful and beautiful. You can see the river next to the house. We were lucky enough to get some snow and have the true and just beautiful White Christmas. We had 2 four wheel drive vehicles for our group which I think is a must during the snow season. We traveled from Seattle to Leavensworth and rented cars. Just drive slow and no worries. The driveway was plowed everday and our gracious host even cleared off our vehicles. When it comes to the downtown area, we went on the weekend for the full Christmas experience. It was very busy on Saturday with long waits but still doeable. Sunday was a little slower. Monday you can get in and out for the most part but you wont experience the weekend performers. Lots of carolers and costume characters to photograph with as well. Great little sled hill for the kids, Wonderful shops and resturaunts. Once you get your bearings its a hop, skip and a jump :) I highly recommend this property for bigger groups. Well spread out for separation but when it comes to the gathering area its stunning. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience. :)

Family Vacation

Beautiful home located in perfect location for seeing downtown, hiking, river. House as almost everything for making meals, save for a lack of drinking glasses. Our only complaint was the listing promised a hot tub, but it was not in working order during our stay--we were told once we arrived. The host allowed use of their own, which was kind. Unfortunately, not everyone felt comfortable going to their place. Missed having this as a way of connecting with each other.

Leavenworth bliss

Beautiful home in a great location. We enjoyed the sounds of the Wenatchee River rushing past just below the house, and the lovely view of Snowgrass Mountain. Town is just a 5-minute drive away and there are numerous trailheads for exploration off Icicle Creek Road. We particularly enjoyed the Icicle Gorge Nature Trail which we walked with two babies in backpacks.

Lodge is impressive. Large enough for all to spread out or gather for conversation or games. Loved the craftsmanship but into this house. This house was built from love. It has a true warmth.We loved our stay and would recommend and stay again.

Great place for our birthday celebration/ family reunion. Excellent for 4-5 couples. Very nice accommodations and amenities. We had a wonderful time and if able will come back next year. Excellent communication with owners. No issues.

Beautiful, huge and cozy

This home had so much room for our 13 family members. The enormous kitchen was perfect for cooking our Thanksgiving dinner. Two ovens and two refrigerators was perfect. The view of the mountains, Wenatchee River and beautiful grounds was great for walks and family pictures.

Wonderful birthday getaway

This house is huge! Sits on a beautiful setting by the river with gorgeous Mountain View’s. It has a big driveway to fit numerous vehicles. The interior is grand with wood accents everywhere, tall ceilings, artwork, fireplace is amazing, plenty of areas to sit and relax. The furniture is very comfortable and sometimes holds you hostage. The kitchen is amazing and there is plenty of everything to use. The downstairs is really cute and spacious. Has a kitchen as well. The master suite is incredible! We loved all the space and the shower especially. It even has a mini fridge area. So many little nooks and crannies to discover and admire. The owners are right next door if anything was needed and were very nice! Enjoyed exploring the grounds and the lighted tree at night. Would stay here again. Thank you!
