Great place to relax with family or friends after a day of activities or traveling. We are located 3 miles from I-75 and close to Kings Island, Warren County Sports Park, many Hospitals, Miami Valley Gaming, Historic Lebanon, Shopping, Eateries and Parks.

We are located in a country rural setting, offer a peaceful private suite & use of a large front porch & back patio to view beautiful sunrises/sunsets & surroundings.

Large open suite with one king and one queen sized bed. Fully furnished kitchenette with dining area. A bathroom with shower is provided. Smoking/Vaping strictly PROHIBITED !

- This suite is NON HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE !!

Suite includes:
- 75inch Samsung Smart TV with entertainment surround sound system.
- Guest Apps included are Spectrum Cable and Pureflix
- Guest Apps, for private login, include: Disney+, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video,
Tobi, HBO Max, Peacock, etc...

Everything more than met our expectations from the receipt of the clear checkin directions through the conclusion of our stay. All the details, big and small, directly supported a comfortable stay away from home. My son played at a soccer tournament nearby and we needed to stay in the area for one night. It was perfect for our family of 4 (kids 8 and 2). It was very comfortable and homey. There's a washer and dryer so I was able to wash his uniform for day 2 of the tournament. Beds were comfy, plenty of blankets and pillows. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here.

Home away from home

The moment you drive up you are welcomed. The property is beautiful, clean and welcoming. The suite is the same! Our son graduated from Miami in Oxford and this was a wonderful place to relax after the busy Friday and Saturday in Oxford. I loved sitting outside and regrouping from the day. We were a happy family tucked in this beautiful property. Meredith had added all the touches of a home away from home. Thank you!

Short competitions stay

It was very warming and welcome being as soon as we pulled up we were welcomed by our name welcome board very great instructions on how to get down to the house. The inside was beautiful and very cozy and warm with snacks. Waiting on us. Absolutely loved it. My girls loved it would recommend it to anyone. It was very cozy and clean. What absolutely book it again if we ever go back to that area.

Christmas Parade 🎄

Came up to celebrate the Horse Drawn Carriage Parade in Lebanon. House was an easy 15 minute drive to downtown Lebanon. House was absolutely gorgeous and exactly as pictured described. Host had snacks and waters. Comfortable beds and decorated for Christmas. Would definitely stay again.

Hidden gem

We stayed here with our daughter, while visiting over parent weekend at Miami Univ. The suite was spotless, comfortable, and the hosts were very responsive. We weren't looking to stay this far away from campus (about 45 mins), but it ended up being a hidden gem. We enjoyed eating and shopping in downtown Lebanon, hiked at a nearby park, picked up a couple of gourds at a local pumpkin patch, and avoided the crowds on campus.

AWESOME PLACE!

This is our second time staying here, and God-willing, we will be back next year! This place is spacious, plush and so welcoming! New upgrades this year included a laundry room and a circular drive which added to the convenience. After busy days of activities it was always nice to "come home" each night to relax in comfort! We have stayed at several VRBO properties, and this particular one is among the best, if not the absolute best. It is situated in a secluded area yet conveniently close to everything, and it is impeccably maintained. The host has considered every detail, providing essentials like coffee and towels, along with other thoughtful touches. It felt more like home than any other place we have visited. The cleanliness of the property and the refreshing open floor plan were particularly noteworthy. I would highly recommend staying here.
