Villa Queen is a vacation villa with 4 beds, large garden and shared pool, located in Lecce, the city of Baroque.
The modern and cozy solution is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, wi-fi internet, smart working station, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, TV and mosquito nets.
Villa Queen is fully fenced, equipped with a shared pool with the owner, outdoor shower and parking space.
Large area with special insulated kennel. A German shepherd for pet therapy is present in the villa.

An automatic gate provides access to Villa Queen. The outdoor spaces are large, with several areas dedicated to relaxation and amenities.
The pool is surrounded by green lawns, is surrounded by sun loungers and equipped with outdoor showers with hot and cold water. The pool area is shared with the owners of the villa.
The interior of Villa Queen has an entrance into a hallway. On either side of the hallway are 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms served by 2 shower rooms. In one room there is also a crib.
The living area consists of a furnished living room with dining area, sofa and TV, and with an open kitchen.
From the living room you can go outside, under the pergola equipped for outdoor dining: an exclusive area.
The rest of the outdoor areas are shared with the owner.
The surroundings of Villa Queen in Lecce
Villa Queen is located on the northern outskirts of Lecce, along the road leading to the beautiful beaches of Torre Chianca and Spiaggiabella. The location makes it easy to reach the center of Lecce and all its architectural beauties.
The historic center of Lecce is famous for its Lecce stone, splendid churches and Baroque-style palaces, beautiful squares, the Roman amphitheater in Piazza Sant`Oronzo, the Castle of Charles V, the ancient gates to the historic center and the city walls, as well as its cultural ferment.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is excluded from the total and will be applied in terms of municipal regulations.
- Rental of optional linen (towels and sheets) at the price of euro 30 per person per week.
- Shared Pool available from May to October.
- In case of non-differentiated collection and disposal will be retained from the deposit euro 80 penalty up to 10kg of waste, + euro 50 for each additional kg.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- Shared pool and garden with the owner.
- Air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom.
- The owner lives in the villa and does not allow other guests other than those on the reservation.
