Bright and cozy apartment in the heart of Lecco, a few minutes walk from the lakeside pedestrian path that connects the bustling city center to the picturesque district of Pescarenico. The apartment, located on the ground floor, features high ceilings and lots of natural light. Recently renovated, it offers a living room with kitchenette, dining area, comfortable sofa bed and TV. The bedroom has a double bed that can be separated into two single beds on request. The spacious and modern bathroom has also been recently renovated.
At the entrance there is a large corridor with an electric piano that leads to all the other rooms. One of the distinctive elements of the apartment are the paintings on the walls, which add charm and character to the rooms.
The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to four people, making it ideal for families or groups. The location is strategic: the suggestive path along the lake is just a few steps away, while the center and the train station can be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops nearby.
Lecco is an ideal starting point for exploring Lake Como, conveniently located along the Milan-Colico-Valtellina railway line. It is perfect for discovering the beauty of the lake both by public transport and by car.

In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax.
The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality. . Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
