'Carpet in our room needed to be cleaned as there were big stains. Carpet in hallways also looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. Tiles/flooring in elevators were severely cracked and needed to be replaced. Also upon arrival, entering the lobby to check in, it was very warm. You could tell there was no air conditioning in that area, perhaps it was broken or hotel trying to save money but temp levels were warmer than outdoors '

There was apparently a short in the bathroom light fixture. It would not work most of the time. Also, my son slipped and fell in the shower. It was extremely slippery with no slip-resistant adhesives to prevent sliding. 'Was great with our handicapped needs as well as kind to our pet. The facilities and staff are exceptional. Our stay could nit have been better.'

'Staff were almost rude, asked what time on site advertised bar opens . Response it’s closed I responded by ok what time does it open, I said it’s closed don’t worry about it. Rooms were pretty nasty dirty sheets and floors, 4 lamps in the room, only 1 receptacle no light switch smoke detector hanging by wires . Witnesss 3 couples check in 10 mins later let checked out. Unfortunately we couldn’t find any rooms in other hotels in a 30 mile radius Expedia should remove them '

'The staff was great. Everyone was pleasant and polite. The room was great and the bed is extremely comfortable! One problem was the toilet had a leak in the tank. (Not on the floor!) it made gurgle noises thru the night. The phone & radio didn’t work. We were in the room a short time, only at night, so I didn’t bother to report it. but did give them a note when we checked out. The breakfast was excellent!! '

'It was over all dirty. I was there 3 day. The fitness room was filthy and never clean when i was there. The same tradh on the floor wax never swept up. The floors were stained and looked awful. I had to request my room to be clean and when they did it wasn't very good. The breakfast food was bad however the weekend worker did her best. For $400 for a 3 night stay it was very disappointing. '

'Bed was hard as a rock, elevators don't work, door frame had a wad of paper 'fixing' a big gap. Was a pretty janky place. Also if you're traveling with pets, online it's advertised as pet friendly and they stay for free. (Literally the only reason I even considered this place) They charge a $50 pet fee at check in. This is not advertised at all online. '

'The room was clean and staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only complaints I have is the a/c wasn’t very cool in our room, we didn’t have any hand soap, just lotion (I packed some though), and the beds were not very comfortable. The pillows were shapeless and way too soft, and the bed was maybe a little too firm. Just not comfy for us. '

'Very disappointed with our stay. The receptionist was on a phone call while checking us in, and we had to wait for him to finish. This felt unprofessional and not respectful of customers’ time. We booked a King Suite, expecting a comfortable and clean stay after a long road trip, but the room had multiple issues. We found bugs in the room (we caught 8 of them) and noticed stains on the couch, towels, and even the wall. Cleanliness should be the most basic standard, especially for guests staying...
