For your comfort and peace of mind,
we carry out pre check-in checks at all of our properties.
Our property and business insurance requires these measures to ensure a safe and pleasant stay for you.
A holding deposit of £50 is also taken at the time of check.
This remains in your bank account pending balance and is automatically released 4 working days after check-out,
once the property has been inspected and all house rules have been followed.
