Please note that a £250 security deposit applies to this booking. To ensure a smooth and pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you follow the house rules. Failure to comply may result in partial or full deduction of the deposit.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request, but must be agreed in advance. Unauthorised late check-out will incur a charge of £15 per additional hour.
Lost keys will incur a £250 replacement fee, so please keep them secure. Strictly no parties are permitted in the apartment or anywhere within the building.
This property is located in a residential community. Please be mindful of noise between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. A noise monitor is installed to ensure respectful levels are maintained. We operate a three-strike policy for noise disturbances, and violations may result in penalties.
We understand that accidents happen. If you break or damage anything, please let us know as soon as possible. Minor issues are rarely charged, but significant damage may be deducted from the deposit, based on agreed repair or replacement costs.
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the apartment. If you smoke outdoors, please keep all windows and doors closed. A smoke detection system is installed, and violations will result in a deposit deduction.
While we love pets, this is a pet-free home due to allergy concerns.
Theft or removal of any items from the property will result in the full deduction of the security deposit.
