The Southern Manor is 6-bedroom waterfront home (sleeps 17) with direct lake access. This beautiful 3 story home is in the more desired, quiet area of the resort yet is still convenient to all Chesnut Bay has to offer.

The main level includes a master suite with a king bed and a gorgeous lakeview. The adjacent living area invites guests to relax on the large sectional sofa along with big screen TV. The living area flows into the fully equipped kitchen and dining space. The extra long farm table is a great gathering space for mealtimes and features enough seating for everyone in your crew. From the living area, step out onto the spacious covered porch, complete with rocking chairs and ceiling fans, where you can enjoy the beautiful lake view while your children play on the large grassy area or beach retreat just steps away.

The upstairs level features three more bedrooms including a master suite with 2 queen beds, a second bedroom with a queen bed and a third bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed.

The lower level of the house features the second of the sitting areas complete with another large sectional sofa, flat screen TV, foosball table and cabinet stocked with movies, books and games. The two bedrooms on this lower level, include a bunk room with 4 twin beds and second room with a king bed.

Simply open the outside door on this lower level and you are steps away from the lake and your very own private dock. Southern Manor is one of the few houses that has a private dock for their guest allowing you to tie up your own watercraft or simply relax together with a little bit of solitude just steps from the house.

Chesnut Bay has 2 Beach Areas with Chairs and Umbrellas furnished . Boat and Jet Rentals on Site. 2 Pools, Basketball court and Swing set for the kids. Free Kayaks, water bicycles. Located adjacent to Chestnut Bay Resort is Pirates Bay Waterpark.  Guest may enjoy all the amenities to include……  Discounted waterpark admission for Chesnut Bay Resort guest.

The Neighborhood:
Chesnut Bay Resort and Pirates Bay Waterpark are nestled in a small community on Weiss Lake in Leesburg , Alabama.

Getting Around:
No outside golf carts are allowed. We are only a short distance to Dollar General in Leesburg and 10 minutes from Walmart. We have several local food recomendations.
