House #16 - Weiss Decision - (No pets) Lake View

Summary:

Newly renovated in (2021) large home ideally suited for two families or a large group which features two Master bedrooms with King size beds.  Weiss Decision features soaring views of the lake from two full-size decks; a top deck with high quality rockers and a dining area, and a lower deck with plenty of comfy seating.  The top-floor kitchen, dining and living areas also afford great views while guests cook, relax and socialize.  Situated toward the end of its road and backed by a wooded hillside, the home offers the privacy to relax and enjoy the views without a lot of activity directly out the front door.  It’s only 150 steps to the beach and lake, and just a quick stroll to the resort’s many other amenities.  The well-equipped kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances and a deep double sink with disposal.  Five flat-screen TVs are arrayed throughout the home.  Beds for 12 people, and 2 large couches for overflow.

Maximum 14 guests. No smoking. No pets. For health and safety reasons be aware, when occupying the home, the owners do have their personal pets in the unit.

Chesnut Bay has 2 Beach Areas with Chairs and Umbrellas furnished. Boat and Jet Rentals on Site. 2 Pools, Basketball court, volleyball area and swing sets. Free Kayaks. Located adjacent to Chestnut Bay Resort is Pirates Bay Waterpark.  Guest may enjoy all the amenities to include……  Discounted waterpark admission for Chesnut Bay Resort guest.



The Neighborhood:

Chesnut Bay Resort and Pirates Bay Waterpark are nestled in a small community on Weiss Lake in Leesburg , Alabama.



Getting Around:

No outside golf carts are allowed. We are only a short distance to Dollar General in Leesburg and 10 minutes from Walmart. We have several local restaurant recomendations.
