'Clean, quiet and comfortable beds. The hotel is near great. food and shopping. Front desk Staff was professional and courteous. Cleaning staff was okay. Kitchen staff needs to be more attentive to the buffet. Customers had to continually request items to be replenished.
Breakfast was provided but ran out of key items (waffle mix) each morning. Food station was replenished but took a little time.'

'I never write reviews but this was one of the best places I have ever stayed. Every single staff member was so friendly and nice and not in a fake way. The rooms are large and clean. Very relaxing and welcoming vibe. Will definitely stay here again when I’m in town. '

'The hotel is very nice and the staff only was very friendly the thing i woukd complain about was the shower did not have hot water we had to take a cold shower not super cold but the water did not get warm other than that is was fine and we would definitely stay there again '

'Loved the security of my stay. Key required to enter property as well as the room. Added safety & extra protection. Very important for an older customer. The only drawback was I wasnt aware that although there were only 2 levels, there was no elevator and I walk with a cane. Next time I'll make certain to book on the first floor. I would definitely stay there again.'

"Very helpful and kind staff, when I mentioned that the information about the airport shuttle wasn't correct online, the lady at the front desk offered to co.pensate for the confusion by giving us a breakfast voucher. The breakfast was amazing and her gesture was appreciated. The proxi.ity to the Ronald Reagan airport was also a big plus. After a long trip it was a short ride tp the hotel. All in all, a good experience and I would stay here again. "
