La Loge du Bassin offers you this family villa located in the charming village of Canon on the Cap Ferret Peninsula. It is close to all shops and restaurants, just 2 minutes on foot from the beach and 5 minutes by bike from the ocean.



The 150 m² villa can accommodate up to 8 people and can be expanded with an additional 4-person independent apartment.



This single-story house consists of 4 bedrooms, each with 2 beds, including 2 master suites.



The Space:

A large living room with a fireplace opens directly onto one of the terraces. On the other side, you'll find an open kitchen fully equipped, leading to the dining room with direct access to the other two terraces and the garden. The large bay windows allow you to enjoy the greenery and tranquility of the place in all weather conditions.



The house also features a bathroom, two double bedrooms, and two spacious master bedrooms (160x200 bed).

The house is fully equipped.



Guest Access:

The villa has a private parking area, and the access code will be provided to you before your arrival to make your stay easier. Although the villa is attached and consists of 4 other apartments, each space is completely private, allowing you to enjoy your stay in complete tranquility. Apart from the parking area, you will not encounter other guests, ensuring your privacy.

Getting Around:

Feel free to contact La Loge du Bassin; we can place the order for you and have bicycles delivered directly to the villa. The company will also come to collect them afterward.



Other Things to Note:

The swimming pool will not be heated during the months of July and August.
