'Average road trip hotel. Good value'

'This was our first time staying at Fairfield Inn and we were happy with our booking. We were welcomed by friendly staff and were able to access our room which was conveniently located on the first floor. The room and bathroom were both clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the breakfast spread and were glad to have hard boiled eggs, Belgian waffles, bacon, and cereal. 'The room was clean but the bathroom wasn’t as clean as I’m used to staying in this chain of hotels. House keeping did really well making sure the room itself was clean, though. The breakfast was OK- Holiday Inn Express definitely has a tastier breakfast. Staff was friendly. Over all good experience.'

'First we get a room,that was not cleaned ,food and boxes everywhere like someone was living there.The second room we were given had dirty bed spread with some type of pink splatter dried on the comforter, peephole covered over, shower curtain had mold all over it,so nasty,will never book here again.'

'Our room was dirty dirt and debris behind front door, spiders and dirt behind bathroom door, at least 30 burn holes in our blanket. I was disgusted with the amount of garbage in hallways and alcohol cans/bottles on window ledges. It is very poorly maintained. The breakfast consisted of dry muffins in a wrapper and coffee. However the front desk staff was very nice. I will never stay again, and would not recommend to anyone. In all honesty I feel like a refund is in order.'

'We were over charged for the room rate by $86, the pool was out of order which was highly inconvenient, the front door staff weren’t super friendly, and the tv wasn’t functioning. I’ll definitely book somewhere else next time.'

'The property is nice, but there is not enough parking on-site. When we got back after dinner around 7 pm, the lot was completely full. The solution was to park at the movie theater across the street. There were 5 empty EV spots available, so I used one of those. The lady at the desk was very apathetic and not very hospitable. Seems like if you are in the hospitality business, you should be hospitable. The security guard was super friendly and helpful, though and made sure that I was able to park...

'When we got there it was no gas in the area which means no hot water. The gas company was out I’m guessing but the water didn’t come on until the middle of the night which was such an inconvenience going to bed having traveled all day and not able to shower'
