The swimming pool is 8 x 3m.
Studio Awan is located at a peaceful neighborhood and the end of a quiet lane. But very well connected to the main area.
5 minutes ride to the shopping area of Jalan Legian and Bintang super market . 8/10 minutes ride to Jalan Kayu Aya, where you will find selection of restaurants with worldwide cuisine, the seminyak village mall, mexicola and la favela nightlife venues.
10 minutes ride from world known beach lounge venues like Kudeta, W bar and seasalt.
8 minutes ride to the famous double six beach of Seminyak, where you can practise surf, enjoy sunbathing and watch the sunset at one of the many beach cafés.
10 minutes ride from Kuta beach and beachwalk mall.
20 minutes from Berawa beach, Canggu where nightlife clubs Finns and Atlas are located.
2 minutes walk from the property there is a small local mini market, where you can buy basic things you need, like water and refreshments, just by crossing the road and a small local restaurant.

The villa is private.Therefore you are the only ones that use the swimming pool.There are No shared spaces.There is a private parking area just outside the door for your car and/or motorbike.

Our housekeeping lady is working every 2 days
if you would like to add more days for cleaning,we can arrange it with the cleaning lady for an extra charge.
