Top Floor (Main Living Area):
Great Room: The bright and airy great room includes a large sectional sofa, ideal for relaxing after a day in the sun.

Kitchen: The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including:

• microwave
• refrigerator
• two dishwashers
• standalone icemaker
A convenient kitchen island serves the dual purpose of a prep area and breakfast bar (seating for four).

Dining Area: The dining area seats six, with a nearby half bath for added convenience.

Outdoors: Step outside to a covered porch with outdoor dining, plus an additional furnished sun deck.


Lower Level (Bedroom Level):
Relax and unwind in one of the three bedrooms, each featuring a private bath, so everyone has space to rejuvenate.

Bedroom 1: King bed, private bath with double sinks and walk-in shower, deck access

Bedroom 2: Two queen beds, private bath with double sinks and walk-in shower

Bedroom 3: King bed, private bath with tub/shower combo, deck access

Laundry Nook: Convenient nook includes a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Dog-friendly: This rental is dog friendly, allowing up to 2 dogs during your stay. ($250 non-refundable fee per dog)
