Little ranch in the city!

Welcome to Lehi! This family friendly, cozy home has a unique ranch view complete with horses and is settled in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The views from the 2nd floor primary suite are stunning!

Newly constructed in 2024, this home is centrally located close to all the necessities. Just minutes from I-15 (7), Primary Children's Hospital (5), Camp Williams (7), restaurants, grocery and shopping (2), parks (1).

Enjoy shopping, skiing, mountain biking, outdoor activities, movies and more!

Attached to the rear side of our home but completely separate and there are no shared spaces with the host. It’s private with separate driveway, entrance, parking and keypad entry.

There are 9 steps up to the entry door. The kitchen and living room are on the main floor and there is a sofa and 65" Internet connected flat screen. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms are all located (up a flight of stairs) on the second floor. The main bedroom includes an ensuite and has a 65" flat screen with Internet connection so you can log into your favorite streaming apps.

Great WiFi coverage throughout the property is included.

Guests have access to the entire rented space including kitchen/living room and three bedrooms.

We're available via text, phone or on-site to answer any questions.

Absolutely no smoking permitted on site.

Nice, comfortable and quiet

Clean and quiet apartment attached to the owner's home. Beds are very comfortable, AC works great, roomy bathrooms on second floor, large closets, full-size kitchen and pantry, and large TVs in main bedroom and family room. The location is great with many stores and restaurants nearby.

We really enjoyed the property. I love horses and they must board horses so there were quite a few right outside our door. We came from Colorado to visit our Grandson and the property was very close to him. We would definitely stay again. There are quite a bit of stairs and no restroom on the bottom floor so it might be a issue with some people. It was very clean and bright.

This is a beautiful property. The beds were all super comfortable, and had ample pillows and linens. The kitchen was well stocked as well. Communication from the host was quick and responsive. Would stay here again!

Peaceful retreat! Great location.

This was everything that we needed in our stay. It was clean, quiet, comfortable and my kids were oh so excited about the horses that live out back. We stayed 4 nights. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were in the showers which was a thoughtful touch. Its location is great for a lot of local activities- 20 min to the aquarium, 10 to Thanksgiving point and Ashton Gardens, tons of food options within close driving distance. Navigation brought us to the wrong spot so be sure to follow the excellent directions provided by the host. It’s a great value for the price. If we make it back to the area we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Excellent place

Beautiful, new, clean, easy entry, no complaints. Local pastries waiting on the counter for us when we arrived was such a nice gesture. To top it off the pillows were so nice.
