'The bed was VERY comfortable and there was no noise from highway or neighbors. There was plenty of room in our suite and it was Very clean and tidy; Cleaner than an air*nb we stayed at recently. The stay was enjoyable and it was too bad it was for only one night. Lol. An oddity though was they watered the fake flowers pots in front. Thought it funny. We would stay there again!'

'Overall it was ok but the hotel had a musty smell. I could definitely feel it in my breathing. Our bed was very worn on one side and i had to adjust were I positioned my body to sleep. We had used the frigid for cheese, cheese spread and creamer and didn’t notice until 24 hours later it wasn’t even working.'

'Room was large and well cleaned, it came with a sticked kitchenette. The hotel has a nice restaurant in site with outdoor seating overlooking the French Broad River. The hotel was like a museum for the original jail with information on display. The room we stayed in had several original features of the old jail.'

'Check in was great after being on the road for 15 hrs with too dogs. Room was very clean well maintained kinda small but nice. Bed was comfortable but loud when you moved around. Asheville is dog city USA. Holding that name and being a dog friendly hotel they should have a small dog area or going to restroom or hanging out there wasn’t anything like this. over all 4 out of 5 would stay again for sure price was right'
