The rooms were clean. The beds were not comfortable. Three of the five soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, lotion dispensers were empty. No info inside the room to guide guests toward food, attractions, etc. I had to open a Uber Eats account so we could get food without running out each time Housekeeping staff was amazing! Two gentleman working the front desk were polite and guided us towards ways to get what we needed …the female working the night we checked in acted as if I came to her house and disturbed her on her day off!!! Unbelievably short and rude. Told me I should have booked differently if I wanted my veterans discount!! Wow!!! The rooms are super clean and super small. We will try a different location but over all …going back to a different hotel.

I always try to stay at a Tru location when I go on vacation because it’s always a phenomenal experience. I love the decor in the lobby and the rooms and the amenities. Staff is always so polite and helpful. I always enjoy my stay.

The staff was excellent. However, the handicap accessible room left a lot to be desired. The bed was so high we had to use a step stool I keep in the car to get in and out. I fell the first time I tried to get off the bed because it was so high. We needed help finding some of the light switches, because they weren’t in an intuitive place. The remote for the tv didn’t work and it took the attendant several tries to find one that did. Also, the handicap parking was around the side of the building. General parking was near the front door. I feel this should be reversed.

Let me just start by saying that I’m not a complainer. I’m just going to throw some things out there from my experience. Our second day into our four-day stay, the TV broke so we got moved to a room down the hall. I pack heavy, so it was kind of inconvenient. My last morning checking out the water went cold 10 minutes into my shower. They also advertise a indoor pool and you would think it would be warm but the water was freezing so I let my 11 yr old swim at her own risk while I had my 2 year old playing in the pool shower lol. All these things are minor and as I previously stated, I’m not complaining I would go back if in that area.

Spent 3 nights here. Wonderful hotel, pets are allowed, I have no problem with pets, however, when they are barking and chirping all night, then it becomes a problem, also noisy neighbors!! I’m honest enough to say you can’t please everyone, but the constant noise 1 out of the 3 nights, makes you a sleepless crabby driver when you have an 8hr drive ahead of you the following day. Apart from that, lovely hotel!!

This property has a fun fire table outside to use and lots of fun cozy seating inside as well. And there was a pool table in the lobby too. There was an indoor pool. A bit smaller than I expected, and very loud with any kind of noise, but still fun for my kiddo. Super nice staff and decent breakfast - not really much option for people with dietary restrictions though. They had lots of grab and go snacks at the front desk - not sure about the price point. Added bonus was free car chargers on property!

They must have been experiencing difficulties after just opening. TV didn’t work and had to change rooms. New room had a problem with the hot water. It only got Luke warm after letting it run for 10 minutes. Only stayed one night so touched it out.
