'Each staff member I encountered was very friendly and helpful when I needed something. The place was quiet and clean. The breakfast items were fresh, hot and plentiful. Would definitely stay here again.'

'This is the 4th or 5th time we have stayed at this property. The property was overall very quiet and clean as before. The rooms are spacious, linens clean, and the beds are very comfortable. There was a big downside this time though. I had 2 reservations for 1 night - 1 room for my family and 1 room for my father-in-law. We did not realize until after we received our credit card statement that we were double charged for the stay!'

'the room didn't have a phone to call front desk. The parking lot was very steep and bumpy. We were on motorcycles so this was a problem. The washing machine was broken. The hotel advertised breakfast on weekends, from May 1 thru September but there was no breakfast available. We were there on Saturday May 9th. The desk clerk said the owners weren't prepared to serve. They did offer a shuttle but the fee was $25 per person.'

Arrived to find two sets of convention people at the site and the room allocated was a double occupancy bed. Went back to reception and they eventually allocated us a room in 'the estate', an adjacent set of cabins located about 1 mile away. Location was picturesque with lakeside views.
