'The absolute worst. If I could give negative stars I would. We showed up and the place looked like it was about to be condemned. Then, we checked the room out and it was so damp and musty we refused it. Kindly, we were offered another room which was just as bad. We refused it as my wife has terrible allergies to mold and the like. We explained this to the property manager and he refused any sort of refund. 'Location was great! The view was great! Swim bar was very clean. Had a couple people with food issues from the restaurant/bar behind the facility. Staff was helpful and attentive, until we were leaving. Dismissed our legit feedback.'

'Absolutely would not recommend this property. The pictures online show an outdoor and indoor pool area. The outdoor pool was not functional and large empty pool when you pull in. The security was my biggest concern. After checking in, I was told to enter through the back of building as that was closest to my assigned room. 'Our experience with Ozark and and suites was not very good though the service was good but it was mediocre. I wanted my money back, but they said I couldn’t get my money back because I already gave them my card and I think I should get my refund because I wasn’t as satisfied, Customer.'

'All the facilities are extremely outdated and need significant updating. The online pictures were not representative of the quality of the rooms and in my opinion misleading. I experienced rotes wood on door and windows, stained tub, blocked and rusted out walkways, poorly maintained parking lots and overall outdated conditions. I would not recommend a stay at this facility.'

'I get quiet and comfortable sleep and open parking near my room. Only amenity I get is a coffee maker. There is a microwave in the front desk for public use. Breakfast is offered at 0700 but I needed to be at work by 0630 so I can't comment. Staff are pleasant, accommodating and friendly. Overall, it's good for business stay.'
