'The facility was very clean and smelled nice, staff was helpful and respectful.'

'While I can’t place full blame on the hotel itself, my stay this past weekend was definitely impacted by a large motorcycle group that was also staying there. Unfortunately, the experience was far from relaxing. Despite there being many families present, the group was not very respectful—there were engines revving during quiet hours, loud music, and even arguments in the hallways early in the morning. There was also a strong smell of marijuana throughout the property. That said, the hotel itself...

'The toilet paper holder and the towel bar fell iff the wall within a few minutes of getting there. The beds were horribly uncomfortable and the coffee area served yellow water both mornings I was there.'

'Everyone at the Holiday Inn Express KC North Parkville were excellent . The Housekeeping staff were especially helpful with our room needs. The only concern was noise on weekends when baseball teams (teenagers) had games and stay at hotel. They can be quite loud running and horsing around in the hotel halls. Better parental supervision would be nice.'

'Yes pets allowed but there was broken glass all over the sidewalk and parking lot. Then i didn't see anywhere it was listed for 12$ parking a $3 bottled water. That the case is 6$ at Walmart. The indoor pool was like 65⁰ and so was the hot tub. It's just disappointing. '
