'We arrived to be told the property was not ready for us even though it was two hours past the check in time advertised. We were told it would be another hour. It ended up being a lot longer with not even an apology. Just an excuse as to why the room wasn't ready. The excuse . . . they were busy. Once we finally took possession, the place was not even cleaned properly. In fact, there were shards of broken glass on the dirty disgusting couch. The window locks we not effective and we did not feel...
