'We had a short wait for the shuttle from the airport. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Room was spotless. Breakfast was absolutely amazing- great selection, fresh, really nice staff and very well maintained. Unfortunately, the only drawback- the pool was down for renovations. Since that was a key reason for choosing the Holiday Inn Express it was “a bummer”. In all other areas great place to stay. '

'Initially had an issue with my first room being too noisy and no hot water. Staff immediately changed me to another wing and all was well. There were issues as well with noisy guests that the staff addressed right away. Room was quite large. Everything was very clean. Restaurant in hotel only open till 2:00 in the afternoon but there’s a sports bar there as well where you can order food till late. 'Staff was very friendly and helpful. Sketchy looking guests. Huge problem was no coffee in the morning until 8am when restaurant opened. I was gone by then. And no microwave so I couldn't even bring my own coffee the night before and warm it up. Even one of those lame little coffee makers would have got them another star'

'Our plane was delayed and we didn’t arrive in Winnipeg until 3AM a quick call to the front desk and a very nice friendly driver showed up in 10 minutes in a warm shuttle. He dropped us off at the hotel. The front desk clerk was equally as friendly. We were in our room before 3:30 We could not ask for any better service '
