'Het restaurant is een drama. Ze vergeten de bestellingen, het eten is van zeer matige kwaliteit. Maar het bedienend personeel snapt er helemaal niets. Zelfs als je om de rekening vraagt moet je half uur wachten. Ook de liften zijn niet voldoende aanwezig, waardoor je altijd minimaal 5 minuten staat te wachten.'

'End of January we stayed in Hotel Le Val Thorens. Perfect hotel, young, nice, friendly and active personnel working at various locations in the hotel (restaurant, reception, lounge bar, etc). Location is excellent in VT, not only to enter the slopes for skiing or snowboarding, but also to go for a drink or meal in the evening. Rooms are well equipped, clean and quiet. It is not the cheapest solution in VT, but in view of the price/service ratio, it was worthwhile for us. One point of attention...

De keuken heeft echt alles: oven, magnetron, Nespresso, waterkoker, staafmixer, koffiezetapparaat, broodrooster, afwasmachine, en alle potten/pannen die je nodig hebt. Er staat zelfs een wasmachine in de badkamer. In tegenstelling tot de advertentie is er maar één badkamer (geen losse toilet) en LET OP: is er geen WiFi in het appartement. 'Directly on the slope. Clean apartment with all items you need. Supermarket downstairs is ideal. Only item for suggestion to improve is the temperature of the shower. It is just sufficient for a shower and just too cold for a bath. Furthermore we loved our stay (second year in a row)'
