Fees Upon Arrival

• Damage deposit: €1200 (refundable provided there is no damage, items missing, or extra cleaning required)
• Tourist tax (18+): €5.06/person/stay.
• This amount is subject to change. Please consult the local municipality for the exact amount based on your stay dates

Check-out Instructions

• The overall end-of-stay cleaning is included, but you are responsible for the following:
• Cleaning the kitchen.
• Washing and putting away the dishes.
• Emptying all trash bins.
• Stripping the beds and placing duvets and pillows back in order.
• Placing sheets, towels, bath mats, and kitchen cloths in the provided laundry bags found in the apartment.
• Emptying the dishwasher and refrigerator.
• Ensuring all dishes are washed and put away.​

• ​​Failure to complete these tasks before departure may result in additional fees. A welcome kit with necessary products will be provided in the kitchen but will not be replenished if the products run out.

• Please note that ski-in access is available on the way back from the pistes (no ski-out to the pistes)
