The duplex flat on the 6th floor (without lift) sleeps 6 comfortably, and comprises a large living room with access to the balcony from which you can admire the sublime view of the ski area, a fully-equipped kitchenette opening onto the living room, a sleeping area on the first floor, as well as a shower room and a bathroom with bath and separate WC. Bed linen and towels not provided. Public car park with private parking space.

The flat is located in a winter and summer resort.

- In summer: mountain biking on Europe's longest trails, tennis, paragliding, microlighting...
- The residence also has a free private tennis court.
