The house is ideally located in Les Mathes, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Children must be supervised by a parent when swimming. Opening dates are not contractual and are subject to favourable weather conditions. Babies are not allowed in the large pool. Swimming shorts and trunks are not allowed.
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the team preparing the accommodation. A flat-rate surcharge may be applied.
