ENTIRELY PEDESTRIAN - COUNTRYSIDE BY THE SEA Our house allows you to enjoy the quiet of the seaside pleasure in a small picturesque village. On sunny days, when the tide is not there, the joys of swimming are always possible with the 9x4.5m swimming pool whose shelter heats by the greenhouse effect from the first rays of the sun. The swimming pool is wintered from mid-October to mid-March.
In winter, you can meet in front of the fireplace after good walks or bike rides in the marshes or along the sea, to watch a good movie on the big screen TV on the free TV box. Wifi is accessible throughout the house via the box and 2 relays.
The kitchen equipment allows you to cook "just like at home".
When you make your reservation request, we will send you a detailed description of the house. First details: swimming pool and fireplace: Character villa 200 m2 single storey beams, living room entirely on foot, bar, gourmet kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 1 mezzanine up to 4 mattresses on the floor overlooking bedroom 4, 2 shower rooms, 2 separate toilets-sink, parking 2-3 cars, beautiful garden with trees on enclosed land of 1000m2. Possibility annex for 5 additional travellers (30€/pers/night). Nearby
- 100m: the square of our pretty village with shops, restaurants, bars. We recommend the game of pétanque under the lime trees in front of the church or under the beautiful plane trees in front of the town hall
- The beach is 200m with a slide area, swing, mini golf
- SNCF train station 300m away from Nantes-Pornic
If you take the walk further, you will first discover the equestrian center which organizes rides in the marshes that border the beach adorned with the village fisheries. The little ones will also be able to enjoy a pony ride in this magnificent nature known to be very frequented by many species of birds. Also: washing machine, dishwasher, Philips Senseo espresso machine, WIFI with 2 relays, piano, board games, garden furniture, barbecue, parasols and deckchairs for all, duvet-pillow. Free sheets for stays of at least 5 days. Otherwise supplement 5€/person: sheets placed at the foot of the bed or supplement 10€/person for beds made (depending on the availability of the lady who helps us in the maintenance of the house)
