Designed to accommodate up to 6 people, you will appreciate both its contemporary decoration and its 400m2 garden, its 21m2 terrace and its above-ground swimming pool (3 m x 4 m), unheated and available from 15 June to 15 September. Upon entering, you will discover a pleasant and friendly living area, consisting of a dining room ideal for sharing good meals, a comfortable TV lounge, and an open kitchen that allows you to cook without being isolated. Fully equipped, the kitchen includes an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. To start the day well, a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee maker are also at your disposal.



For your nights, three rooms await you:



A master suite with a Queen Size bed (160x200) and a private bathroom with shower.

A bedroom with two single beds (90x190).

A third bedroom equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x200).

A second bathroom with a bathtub is also available and includes a washing machine and a tumble dryer for optimal comfort. Finally, an independent toilet completes this property.
