The accommodation consists of a functional and well-equipped living area with a double sofa bed, dining table with 4 chairs and TV overlooking a large sunny terrace well exposed to the South, with garden furniture to gather around a good meal.
The kitchen is independent and fully equipped: oven, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, electric hobs, citrus press, coffee machine (filters)...
With a bathroom equipped with a bathtub and a washbasin with storage unit.
Separate toilet in the entrance.

On the sleeping side, you will have a double room with a 140 bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and TV.

Parking is free and paid on the street.
