ROSE Holidays presents to you this magnificent holiday home with swimming pool, ideally situated just 100 metres from Paracou beach, at Les Sables d'Olonne.



Spacious and bright, this 140 m² house is perfect for a family or friends' stay, in a natural and peaceful setting.



Housing composition



The house can accommodate up to 8 people and is composed as follows:



Ground floor:

Large fully equipped modern kitchen: oven, induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Senseo, etc.

Two bedrooms with double beds and television.

A third bedroom equipped with a double sofa bed and television.

A master suite with double bed, private bathroom (shower, sink, storage) and private terrace sheltered from view, perfect for a moment of peace.



Living space:



Vast double living room with TV lounge area and table football for convivial moments.

Large fitted veranda to enjoy your meals indoors or outdoors as you wish.



Exteriors:



Large tree-lined garden with pines, completely enclosed, peaceful and sunny.

Private heated swimming pool at 28 degrees (from mid-April onwards), ideal for relaxing after the beach or enjoying a summer evening.

Garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue available.

A space in front of the house.

Free and unrestricted parking on the street.

Arrival: from 4pm (not before)

Late Arrivals

A late arrival service after 9pm is available for an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



Accommodation prepared for your arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a worry-free arrival.



Exit Instructions Mandatory

The included cleaning corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

Wash and put away the dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the bins to the designated locations

Gather used laundry in the entrance of the accommodation

In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if deep cleaning proves necessary, a supplement will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)
