The house comprises 4 bedrooms:

- Bedroom 1 on the 2nd floor: 160 bed with a view of the channel, shower room and separate WC

- Bedroom 2 on the 1st floor with external access: 140 bed, separate bathroom and separate WC

- Bedroom 3 on the ground floor: 140 bed with shower

- Bedroom 4 on the ground floor: sofa bed and TV

On the ground floor a third separate WC



The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hobs, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, DOLCE GUSTO capsule coffee maker and a filter coffee maker.

A large terrace on two levels entirely enclosed equipped with a summer kitchen: electric plancha, Napoleon gas barbecue, two ENO gas burners, a mini-bar

A room adjoining the summer kitchen equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer
