Romantisch luxe rustig uitje voor een stel met uitzicht op zee en zonsondergang van 200 °

Villa Zenitude is gered door de orkaan IRMA en is het perfecte romantische uitje voor een stel. Genesteld in een weelderige tropische tuin, het is gelegen in het exclusieve omheinde gebied van Terres Basses, een van de meest wenselijke locaties op het eiland.

De eigenaren hebben aandacht besteed aan elk detail met voortreffelijke smaak - designmeubels, beddengoed van de hoogste kwaliteit, handdoeken, serviesgoed enz.

De villa met airconditioning beschikt over een zeer grote slaapkamer met een kingsize bed, een betegelde badkamer met douche, een volledig uitgeruste keuken en een eetkamer die uitkomt op een groot terras met een zwembad en een schaduwrijk prieel. Daar kunt u genieten van uw drankjes terwijl u kijkt naar de zonsondergang boven Baie Longue en luister naar de vogels in de palmbomen en hibiscusbloemen.

Een meridienne kan dienen als bed voor een derde gast en een kinderbedje is op aanvraag beschikbaar.

De vele voorzieningen zijn onder andere een flatscreen-tv met Chrome Cast, snelle internetverbinding en een Bose Sound Link Bluetooth-luidspreker.

Villa Zenitude bevindt zich in het park van 3,5 hectare van de eigenaar, ver genoeg van de woning om u absolute privacy te bieden, maar dichtbij genoeg als u hulp nodig hebt.

Een wandeling van tien minuten door de privéweg en het tropische landschap van Terres Basses neemt u mee naar het prachtige strand van Plum Baie, een beetje verder naar het lange stuk Baie Longue, zowel privé, veilig en nooit druk.

U bevindt zich op tien minuten rijden van de luchthaven en het dorp Maho, met de golfbaan en een bruisend nachtleven met restaurants, nachtclubs en casino's (en natuurlijk meer stranden).

In de andere richting vindt u Marigot, het Capitool aan de Franse kant van het eiland met winkels, restaurants, bakkerijen en een openluchtmarkt.

Vijf minuten rijden van uw villa is een prachtige Franse markt met producten, vlees, vis en specialiteiten die wekelijks vanuit Parijs worden ingevlogen.

U zult zich zeer welkom voelen in Villa Zenitude waar alle comfort - en een fles champagne - op u wacht.

Birthday celebration

Very well landscaped,beautiful flowers and plants which attracted many birds. we liked seeing hummingbirds. We enjoyed watching the lizards. Lionel met us at the airport to take us to the house. He helped us get around the island by having maps. We liked the seclusion and privacy. We liked the views. It was just a short drive to go wherever you wanted to go or get what you needed. Lionel and Micheline were great hosts. We want to come back again.

Perfect Island Getaway

We loved our stay at Villa Zenitude! The villa was very well equipped (we like to cook in house most of the time), right down to beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella. We loved the plunge pool and used it multiple times a day. The proximity to Baie Longue and Plum Bay was very nice, as was the gate guarded community. We felt secure, safe, and comfortable in the villa, in walks in the community, and on the beaches (which we had to ourselves at times and never saw more than 25 people on). Micheline and Lionel were welcoming, warm, and helpful hosts. They provided a helpful guest book and personal orientation to the island. We lived the privacy and relative isolation of the villa—we felt like we had our own hideaway, but were just a few minutes away from Maho on one side and Marigot on the other. You will definitely need a rental car if you stay here. Micheline recommended Golfe Car Rental (with a discount code) and they were perfect. Met us at the airport (no bus ride) and we dropped the car there also. All in all, a fantastic week in paradise. We HIGHLY recommend this villa for couples looking for a quiet, romantic getaway.

Everything from check-in to check-out was great! Not only did this place have everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoable but there were so many well thought out touches that made our stay extra special. A happy week in a beautiful setting

We especially enjoyed the indoor-outdoor blend of the villa in the middle of a beautiful garden with complete privacy, yet 5-minute drive to a beautiful quiet beach. We cooked most dinners at the villa and ate out for lunches as we explored the areas of the island recommended by Lionel and Micheline. They are very gracious hosts and gave us a great overview of everything when we arrived. The week flew by - a sign of how much we enjoyed our time here. We will definitely return to the villa.

Peaceful and Safe

We would like to start by thanking Linoel and Micheline for making our trip to Saint Martin a breeze. Meeting Linoel at the airport with the rental car company they recommended was incredibly convenient and stress-free.During our stay at the villa, Linoel made restaurant reservations at some very hard-to-book places and provided us with many excellent recommendations.Here are some pros and cons of our experience. Please note that the cons are not significant enough to deter us from returning.First, it's important to remember that this is a country villa, so you may encounter some bugs. Unfortunately, my wife attracts mosquitoes, and our first two nights were uncomfortable due to them getting into the villa. After bringing this to Linoel’s attention, he provided us with bug repellent and incense to help deter the mosquitoes.**Pros:**- As runners, we found this location to be amazing. There is a nearly 5 km loop within a gated community, making it very safe for running. We recommend going out earlier in the morning for the best experience.- The beach is just a five-minute walk or one-minute drive away, and it is one of our favorite spots on the French side. It may appear rough, but the water is very gentle once you’re in.- The area is nice, quiet, and peaceful.- groceries and places to enjoy lunch or dinner are only a few minutes drive away.- We loved the sweet Villa dogs**Cons:** We visited this villa Feb 14- 22nd and we did encounter some mosquitoes.

Beautiful villa except for the mosquitoes.

Lionel and Michelin were great hosts. Lionel met us at the airport to make sure we got to the villa. They had great suggestions for anything you would need. The villa had a nice plunge pool with nice views and a view of the ocean in the distance. You definitely need a vehicle as it’s a bit of a drive to restaurants and grocery stores. Everything was great, except the mosquitoes were VERY bad.

Villa was very nice and clean. We had a very relaxing trip. Beaches were nearby. Lionel was very accommodating. One item to note is that laundry service is available and will be returned to you the next day. The washer and dryer are not in the villa.

Private with beautiful garden

This villa is kept very clean and has everything you might need for your stay. Several private beaches are perfect for a day in the sun without any crowds. The host was very accommodating. Note that there are (friendly) dogs on the property. Being a countryside villa, we did have an issue at night with mosquitoes entering through cracks in the front door and a couple very large cockroaches lurking in the bathroom.

Perfect location, well stocked, very private

WE had a wonderful sty at Lionel and Micheline's Villa Zenitude. We stay in many VRBo properties and this is the best stocked one yet! The kitchen was incredibly well equipped and stocked, there were SO many towels, there was snorkel equipment, the island info was informative,... it had everything we needed. The villa is situated so there is plenty of privacy, just perfect for a week with your loved one. We will definitely stay here again. The Terres Basses is perfectly situated to enjoy Plum Bay, Long Bay and Bay Rouge and Happy Beach and Pinel are within a 30 minute drive. L'Express is wonderful for morning pastries and coffee and we highly recommend BE KOOL at Marina Royale. This is a gem of a VRBO!

PARADISE

Planning our vacation in St. Martins, I checked way over 100 villas , studio's appartments. I'm sure I couldn't have made a better choice , than choosing the Villa Zenitude. I was contacted by the host , Lionel, very soon after I booked the villa, and he gave me all info's I needed, including, the contact of the best car rental company. Lionel waited for us at the Airport on arrival, showed us the way to the villa, and together with Micheline , told us where we can find shop's , gas stations, supermarkets and everithing else. Regarding the Villa Zenitude, is everything you hope to be, you will find inside everything you need, for the beach, for cooking, and does't matter what kind of coffee you like, you will find an appliance to prepare it. The view from the outside deck is amazing, specially at sunset. To make the story short, our vacation was perfect , and I congratulate myselff for choosing the Villa Zenitude as our home base.
