Facing west with a view of the Caribbean in the distance, the house has a look of the traditional Caribbean wooden houses with a light and airy interior. The contemporary living space in tones of wood and stone, comprises an open-plan and well-equipped kitchen, a separate TV room, and a lounge/dining area that opens out to the pool and deck. The outdoor covered terrace has an area for al fresco dining and chic and comfortable chairs in a relaxing lounge area adjacent to the pool. An independent bedroom accessed from the terrace is furnished with a romantic king-size four-poster bed, a TV, ample closet space with his & her bathrobes, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Villa Louis is next to the well-known local artist Nathalie Lepine and guests are very welcome to visit her vibrant studio located in the neighboring villa. The beautiful beach of Plum Bay is within walking distance and the other Terres Basses beaches of Baie Longue and Baie Rouge are a short five-minute drive away.
