'Really lovely hotel and good value for money. The beds are really big and comfortable. Free toiletries in the room. Kettle with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits. The rooms were big. We had a ground floor superior room and it had a little terrace outside with patio doors and a chair and table. The grounds of the hotel are so lovely and beautiful. It is a 5 minute drive from Sheringham and was the perfect base for a Norfolk trip. '

The food was excellent, but not always consistent - I had sea bass on one day which was so delicious (and as described in the menu) that I decided to have it again on my last night, but it was no where near as good - missing the chives in the mash, the dill sauce on the fish and not served with peas all as described in the menu....

'The owners went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The rooms each time have been superb, large and extremely comfortable It was our third or fourth stay at Hooray Henrys and we will certainly stay again. The only negative is that parking is tight and requires careful reversing, but there is nothing really that could change this and there are alternative car parks nearby.'

'The owner Phil welcomed us on the first day. He was totally amazing. The lodge was lovely. We were originally booked into Willow but had to change to Briar as there was a flood in Willow before we arrived. Dee Dee ensured we still had use of the hot tub which was lovely. The swimming pool is very large and you can book alone time in there which is nice. Excellent breakfast . Love the lodges in forest setting. So lovely. Nice fixtures and fittings. 'Really enjoyed my stay at Felbrigg Lodge. Such a peaceful hotel and full of character. Took full advantage of the pool & hot tub which can be booked out for an hour each day. 'Just what you would expect from a seaside hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful we had a great evening meal, that we were not disappointed with. This was great as we really did fancy fish and chips sat beside the sea wall !! The room was well stocked with tea, water, biscuits and good to see plenty of the individual milk containers. The breakfast was up there with the best all freshly cooked and hot.'
