Levanto is a perfect base to visit Cinque Terre and this hotel is a perfect place to stay. Very clean and nice hotel, a delicious breakfast to start the day, and very helpfull staff. Very recommendable hotel!

Lovely smaller hotel on first floor with wonderful welcoming and helpful staff. Pleasant town with easy access to Cinque Terre. Highly recommended. (but be aware that there is no elevator).

The building was old and historical but renovated very nicely. The breakfast was very good and the staff, Alberto, Francesca (×2) and the rest were very nice and went out of their way if you needed anything. I would definitely have no problem staying here again!

Une équipe exceptionnelle
Le cadre est magnifique et l'équipe est exceptionnelle. Tout est fait pour que vous vous sentiez chez vous et que votre séjour se passe dans d'excellentes conditions. Un personnel qui prend soin de vous, vous aide et vous conseille pour que vous puissiez en profiter au mieux. Vous avez l'impression d'être un invité, pas le client d'un hôtel impersonnel. Situation de l'hôtel parfaite pour profiter de la station et visiter les Cinque Terre. Pass offert pour stationner gratuitement, petit déjeuner copieux et de qualité... Ma fille et moi avons adoré notre séjour et l'équipe y est pour beaucoup.

Trip to Cinque Terra
Perfect for our visit! The hotel is quaint and beautiful. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Alberto, the manager, made us an espresso at check-out since we missed breakfast due to an early morning hike and we enjoyed our chat with him. It was lovely!

the hotel was great. Levanto provides easy access to cinque terra but much less crowded and more like a real town. Both the train and ferry are walkable from the hotel. Excellent restaurants nearby. Staff was wonderful. Made me feel at home. The building is beautiful with lovely painted ceilings. I will definitely return to the area and stay here. We spent 2 nights in riomaggiore and 2 nights here and this was more relaxing.

It was a really nice place to stay with interesting architecture and a lovely buffet breakfast in the mornings. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The area of Levanto was a lovely base for exploring cinque terre with great options for food and a really nice town to explore and beach to relax on. The hotel was in a great location within walking distance of the beach, station and lots of restaurants.

Wonderful hotel with excellent friendly, helpful staff. Lots of information about the local area, help with booking dining options and taxis. Large room with beautiful fresco, comfy bed and clean shower and bathroom with fluffy towels and slippers. Would stay again - thank you to staff, particularly Francesca who made us feel so welcome and at home.

Tolles Team um Alberto. Hilfreich, freundlich, kompetent. Lage des Palazzo ist perfekt für einen Besuch des Ortes und der Cinque-Terre-Dörfer. Eine Besonderheit, die vielleicht nicht jedem behagt:Die Kirchturmuhr meldet sich alle 15 Minuten.

Great service
Outstanding service by all employees who all did there best to make the stay the best. Great recommendation for restaurants and they booked and with there booking sometimes we got discount. Clean small hotel. Me and my wife really liked it. Parking was though € 20 a night and it is on the second floor and you have to carry your bags up the stairs. But if you are going to Cinqe Terre life is stairs so this did not bother us at all. Overall a great stay - and good location between Levanto down town and the train station. We will be back and we would recommend to all.

Personnel très chaleureux. GRAND souci que tout se passe bien pour notre séjour. Renseignements complets et forts appropriés pour le train et le bateau pour se rendre aux Cinque Terre. Serviettes de plage fournies et même le prêt d’un parasol. Déjeuner avec une grande variété et qualité. Super bonne salade de fruits frais. Même la création d’un mochacino (café, chocolat chaud et lait) par le personnel pour mon garçon. Chambre très propre. Climatisation un peu faible mais l’on dort très bien. Près de tout: plage 5 minutes, épicerie et restos 1 minutes, train 10 minutes (à pieds). Parlent très bien français et anglais pour l’accueil.

Perfect basecamp for experiencing Cinque Terre
We stayed 6 nights at Pallazzo Vannoni while hiking in Cinque Terre. It's been one of the best hotel experiences we've had. The room was gorgeous, spactial with high ceiling and contantly at perfect temperature. The staff and the hotel manager were incredibly warm and helpful and took the time make us feel welcome, make reservations and point out some of the best resturants in the region. Room cleaning was excellent. Water was drinkable. Location was at the heart of Levanto close to the railway station, beach and old city center. 10/10 dont look any further!

We regret that you expressed a bad judgment without explaining your reasons, especially after trying to cancel a not refundable reservation saying that you had missed a connecting flight on the other side of the world but you magically appeared here the next day. Once arrived, we let you in our hotel despite you breaking our rules: it is clearly written that we do NOT accept animals but you showed up with your dog. We do not deserve such a low and not objective rate, we were more than flexible letting you stay anyway. You’ve been with us for two days, you could express your judgment in person but apparently everything was fine. We recommend that you inform yourself about the type of accommodation chosen, especially if you have animals.
