Wir waren zum zweiten mal dort und es hat uns gut gefallen. Von Levanto aus kann man sehr viel machen. MIt dem Fahrrad ca. 7 km durch Tunnel, alte Bahnstrecke. Mit dem Zug oder Boot in die Cinque terre oder in schöne Städte wie Portofino, Sestri Levante u.a. Die Unterkunft hat eine Küche dabei und ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet.

Perfect Location
Roberto and Marina's apartment is perfectly located in the central part of Levanto, within walking distance of restaurants, beaches, train station and ferry boats to Cinque Terre. The place is very very comfortable, clean and fully equipped. They were extremely helpful with local information and tips on things to do. The town is a true hidden jewel on the ligurian coast. Loved it!

Perfect appartment in a central location (2min to the sea) & ideal for visiting Chinque Terre. The apartment is equiped with everything you need. Due to the central location, it is sometimes a bit noisy in the evenings, but we had no problems at night. Clear recommendation :)

Fantastic apartment with great location
Roberto was really helpful even before we got to levanto. He met us at the apartment and told us everything we needed to know. The apartment is located great, near the beach and the center/ Main Street (but the location is perfect because it’s not too noisy at the evening. It is a perfect restaurant just at the corner. Try the spaghetti vongole …. The bike rental is also just some seconds away. Levanto has everything you want: beaches, church, hiking, shops… We hope to come back!!! Miss it already..

Diciamo bene, ottima locazione per 2 persone, attaccata al centro paese quindi con tutti i servizi a pochi passi, come la spiaggia servita (spiaggia libera raggiungibile in 10 min a piedi). E un quarto d'ora a piedi per arrivare alla stazione.

Levanto is a perfect place to start exploration of this beautiful part of Italy. Our studio apartment was very conveniently located in the heart of the city, close to good restaurants, beach, port and all amenities, including a free parking spot for our rental ( courtesy of Marina and Roberto). We enjoyed our week long stay at this studio and will be coming back in future.

Wir fanden die Unterkunft sehr gut und überlegen auch nochmals zu buchen. Wir haben einen Parkplatz auf dem Platz unterhalb der Wohnung gefunden. Insgesamt fanden wir alles tip top, zum Meer waren es zu Fuss vielleicht 5 Minunten, also konnte man auch Abends nochmals kurz auf ein Bierchen ans Meer sitzen. Wir waren Ende April / Anfang MAi und man konnte im Meer baden.

A Special Place
Right in the heart of the old town, this little studio is perfect and perfectly located. Near everything you could need bakery, shops, grocery stores, restaurants, a vibrant park and piazza right out your door, beach and walks along the water at sunset and a beautiful view out your studio window. We were exhausted after a 16 hour day of travel and Roberto and his wife greeted us with a smile even though we were late in coming at night. The hosts were true hosts - kind, caring and took time to show us all that we needed. We loved our stay as it was quiet and yet close to everything in Levanto. It was a place of recuperation for us and yet close to the whole coast of CinqueTerre. Thank you Roberto for the privilege of staying in your special little place and for your kindness to us. Il monolocale è in posizione ottimale, in centro ma anche a 5 minuti dalla spiaggia. Pulito, funzionale, provvisto di tutto. La cucina fornita di tutto e il frigorifero è grande e con congelatore. Bagno ok con una doccia comoda. I proprietari gentili e disponibili ma discreti. Consiglio sicuramente.

L'appartamento è perfetto per una vacanza estiva. È possibile raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia in soli 5 minuti e nelle vicinanze troverete anche supermercati e ristoranti. Un bellissimo appartamentino che è davvero l'ideale per una vacanza di coppia. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il nostro soggiorno e i proprietari ci hanno dato ottimi consigli per un tour delle Cinque Terre. Altamente raccomandato e ci piacerebbe tornare! -------- Die Ferienwohnung eignet sich perfekt für einen Sommerurlaub. Man ist in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand, auch sind Supermärkte und Restaurants direkt in der Nähe. Eine wunderschöne kleine Wohnung, die wirklich ideal ist für einen Pärchen-Urlaub. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und die Vermieter haben uns tolle Tipps für eine Tour durch die Cinque Terre gegeben. Sehr zu empfehlen und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben die zentrale Lage und die Nähe zum Meer sehr geschätzt. So konnten wir auch Mal nur kurz zur Abkühlung ins Wasser. Leider konnten wir wegen der Hitze wenig wandern. Wir kommen also im Herbst oder Frühjahr wieder.

Emplacement idéal
Le studio est idéalement placé : au cœur du Vieux Levanto, à 10 min., à pied de la gare (pour rejoindre les cinque terre et Portifino) et à 2 min. de la plage. La vieille ville de Levanto est charmante : tout le centre est piétonnier avec de nombreuses terrasses de bars et de restaurants, et des enfants qui jouent dans les parcs ! La communication avec Roberto a été fluide et l'accueil de Marina professionnel. L'appartement correspond au photo. La superficie est cependant bien moins importante qu'annoncée. La pièce à vivre fait au maximum 25 m2. La propreté est impeccable et l'appartement est bien isolé phoniquement (la rue peut être assez bruyante). Une très bonne adresse pour découvrir la région.

Wir wurden vor Ort sehr herzlich empfangen und ins Studio geführt. Dieses ist wie beschrieben: es hat alles, was es braucht, und noch was mehr :-) Grosszügig eingerichtete Küche, super Badezimmer und gemütliche Schlafecke. Alles war äusserst sauber und angenehm frische Bett-und Badewäsche …. herrlich! Der Ausblick auf den Kirchturm und das Schloss ist ebenfalls super. Unterhalb des Hauses ist die alte Loggia mit einem Restaurant um die Ecke ; in einer Bewertung steht, dass es durchaus lärmig sein kann > wir können das nicht bestätigen > das Restaurant hat man nicht gehört, alles andere ist einfach das Leben, wunderbar! Man ist in wenigen Schritten am Strand und in der Ortsmitte, somit perfekt zentral gelegen und trotzdem recht ruhig! Nachdem uns ausführlich die Umgebung und die Highlights beschrieben worden sind, verbrachten wir sehr schöne Tage in Levanto. Alles in allem ein super Aufenthalt, und dies zu einem super Preis > vielen Dank und sehr gerne wieder. Liebe Grüsse Yvonne und Nebi

Bel monolocale, ottima posizione
Appartamento molto pulito, situato in una posizione ottimale, a due passi dal mare e a10 minuti dalla stazione, perfetto anche per visitare le Cinque Terre. Intorno ci sono diversi negozi e locali per cenare, il paese è piccolo ma molto carino! I proprietari sono molto gentili e si sono resi disponibili per qualsiasi necessità. Lo consiglio vivamente!!

Super Unterkunft!
Alles in Allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Levanto. Die größe der Wohnung ist für 2 Personen allemal ausreichend. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist super einfach über Whatsapp erfolgt. Nur 5 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Fahrradverleih gleich um die Ecke. Bars und Restaurants sind vom Fenster aus zu sehen. Das wiederum ist auch der einzige Nachteil an der Wohnung. Abends ist es lange laut.

Seltsamerweise waren sie die ersten Gäste, die sich nachts über den Lärm beschwerten ... junge Leute, wir wissen, können vor einer Bar manchmal ein wenig glücklich sein ...

Très beau séjour
Très joli appartement idéalement situé proche de la mer et du centre. Les propriétaires ont été très accueillants, ils nous ont donné des tas d'informations pratiques. La location dispose de tout le nécessaire. Nous avons apprécié la climatisation. Nous avons garé notre voiture grâce à un passage fourni avec la location et nous ne l'avons plus touché. Pour la visite des cinq terres nous avons pris un passage de trois jours qui nous a permis de circuler en train à volonté de levanto à la spezzia en s'arrêtant pour les visites de tous les villages. Très belle vacances, merci aux propriétaires de leur confiance.

Ottima posizione in centro vicinissima al mare ma tranquillo. Monolocale perfetto per una coppia. Bel bagno con piccola finestra. Bella vista: campanile, castello, verde. Appartamento al primo piano ma praticamente al secondo piano perché si entra lateralmente. Scala un po' stretta ma e' una casa tipica locale. Armadio un po' scomodo perché a gradoni su di una scala. Letto comodo, cucina fornita, ben arredato. Consiglio vivamente a una coppia.

kleines Studio in toller Lage
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Levanto. Das Studio liegt traumhaft, wenige Gehminuten zum Strand. Es wäre vielleicht gut zu wissen, daß es sich tatsächlich nur um einen einzigen kleinen Raum handelt. Die Treppe, die auf den Fotos zu sehen ist, endet am Bett und führt hinauf zu einem Schrank, nicht etwa in ein weiteres Zimmer. So befindet sich das Bett in der Küche.

Normalerweise bekommen wir immer 5 Sterne und wir sind Premium-Partner, nicht zufällig ... diejenigen, die ein Studio-Apartment buchen, wissen, dass es aus einem großen Raum und dem Badezimmer besteht. Wenn jemand ein Apartment mit mehreren Zimmern oder eine Villa möchte, bucht er kein Studio-Apartment für 2 Menschen ... aber unsere Wohnung hat, wie aus den Bewertungen und Fotos hervorgeht, den nötigen Platz, um am Meer zu entspannen ... mit einer Fläche von ca. 35 m2, nur einen Steinwurf vom Meer entfernt und im historischen Zentrum. ..

Appartamento ottimale per una coppia, funzionale, pulito e vicino a tutto. Gli host super disponibili ci hanno accolto con estrema gentilezza e attenzione, dato consigli e si sono resi disponibili per qualsiasi evenienza. A due passi dal mare
Il monolocale offre tutto quel che è necessario per trascorrere una piacevole vacanza al mare. Nelle vicinanze vi è tutto il necessario per rifornirsi e svagarsi. Roberto assieme a sua moglie sono stati molto gentili nello spiegarci tutto quello che c’era da sapere.

Schönes, kleines, zentral gelegenes Appartement
Wunderbare Lage - 200 m vom Strand entfernt, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke, sehr schöner Blick vom Fenster auf Levanto. W LAN steht zur Verfügung, große Küche mit allem was man braucht. Kommunikation mit Vermietern lief problemlos, sehr nette Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

La dolce vita
Nous avons reçu un bon accueil et l'appartement est idéalement situé. Un peu plus petit que nous l imaginions, mais cependant fonctionnel et bien équipé.

Vacanza stupenda
Tutto perfetto! La casa è in una posizione fantastica , vicinissima al mare e a tutto ciò che può servire , dai ristorantini , ai supermercati , al parco gioco per i più piccoli. Casa piccola , ma assolutamente funzionale . Noi siamo stati con il nostro piccolo di undici mesi e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Padroni di casa gentilissimi e molto attenti a tutte le nostre esigenze e richieste. Vacanza perfetta!!! Grazie di cuore. Levanto e questa casa .... consigliatissimi!

Una Famiglia giovane... gentili ed educati che hanno apprezzato le caratteristiche e i pregi di una piccola casa a due passi dal mare...

Appartement calme et bien situé.
Appartement très propre et confortable dans le vieux Levanto. Merci à Marina pour son accueil et ses renseignements. Proche de la gare, ce qui permet une visite idéale des cinque terres en train sans avoir à utiliser la voiture durant 3 jours. A recommander et encore merci à Marina et Roberto.

Perfect location and view!
The stay ay Il Nido was great - flat is located in the old town and just few minutes to the public beach. The view from the window is panoramic, neighborhood is calm so we had a wonderful rest after hiking all day. Flat is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, clean, has wifi and is kids friendly (Roberto provided us a baby crib and feeding chair). Roberto and his wife were lovely and helpful, always available and attentive. All the best for you and hope to come back one day :)

Lovely position in old town
Our apartment was perfectly situated and Marina very generously collected us from the train, very welcome as we had an early start! Very comfortable apartment but for the pillows! Lovely bed but as we are used to soft pillows these we a bit uncomfy! However that is a Very small detail. We had a thoroughly enjoyable 3 days in spite of the rain which made for a very slippery trek from Monterosso to Venezzia, but we made it and it was worth every step. What a fascinating part of Italy and what engineers the Italians are! Thank you for having us to stay and explore

Thanks for the review, however the house is equipped with 3 different types of pillows... Even memory.

Eine schöne Ferienzeit
Wir verlebten einen schönen Urlaub über Ostern in Levanto. Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder.
