We liked the garage fridge and were able to use some of the pool toys. The AC worked very well and was very responsive. There was an issue with the hot water heater when we arrived which we were not able to get immediate assistance for, but thankfully we were able to reset it. There were also small ants in the kitchen.

The house has more than enough room for the 10 people we have and comes stocked with everything you need. The location is perfect. The rental company is always very responsive to any issues that have come up during our stays.

Extra fridge in garage was great as was the outside shower in the fenced backyard. Easy check in and check out too!
