Hier verblijven is als een verblijf in uw eigen Bed & Breakfast. Ontspan in dit historische Victoriaanse, begroet de dag met een kopje koffie op uw wrap-around veranda en plan de perfecte dag in het lieflijke stadje Lewes - op het strand, winkelen of tijdens een heerlijke maaltijd. Als je de boel wilt opschudden, ga dan naar Rehoboth voor de lol en games op de promenade.

OVER HET HUIS

'The Pink Lady', gebouwd rond de eeuwwisseling, is onlangs volledig gerenoveerd en aangepast aan de moderne normen van vandaag. Er is AC met twee zones zodat iedereen zich zeer comfortabel, snel draadloos internet, kabel, volledig uitgeruste keuken, buitengrill en groot gazon bevindt.

Op 3000 vierkante meter, het huis is een van de meest ruime huurwoningen in het historische district. De woning is ingericht met hoogwaardige nieuwe meubels (inclusief bedden) en prachtige antiek. Het huis is geschikt voor maximaal 12 personen, in 4 slaapkamers en de gloednieuwe koningin slaper in de woonkamer. De hoofdslaapkamer werkt als een privésuite met bed en bad.

OP HET BELANGRIJKSTE NIVEAU: Ga door de voordeur naar een ruime woonkamer met gashaard ... formele eetkamer ... Grote, goed gevulde, bijgewerkte keuken open voor informele eetruimte en familiekamer met sectionele en 50 'flat scherm tv met dvd-speler. Toegang tot oprit en deur naar veranda vanuit de woonkamer. Veel ramen maken de familiekamer licht en helder. De achterslaapkamer heeft 2 aparte bedden en een complete badkamer met een bad op pootjes.

BOVEN: Slaapkamer, met kingsize bed, eigen complete badkamer (bad en douche), grote kasten en 40 "flatscreen televisie ... tweede slaapkamer met queensize bed ... en derde slaapkamer met 2 aparte bedden en unieke houten wanden en kathedraal plafond ... de tweede en derde slaapkamers delen een ligbad in de gang (met douche en bad).

The house is beautiful, easy walk to town and the beach. We took the ferry to Cape May which was a lot of fun. Staying at this home is extremely easy - fully stocked with everything you could need, the host was very responsive and organized. Truly a pleasure, we plan to come back in the future!

Wonderful Weekend at the Pink Lady!

We had a great stay at the Pink Lady; the house was in the perfect location for walking into town, the farmers market and even the beach. It was very spacious and the kids loved the fenced in backyard and all of the puzzles and games. Parking was very easy and the house was incredibly well stocked with supplies. Host was very communicative, would stay here again!

Family gathering

Our stay at the Pink Lady couldn't have been nicer. The family (8 adults and 2 teens) were gathered for my father's memorial service. We all fit comfortably in the house. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and find a quiet space or come together for games, meals and conversation. The kitchen was well stocked for everything we needed for meals. The children enjoyed the bikes and the proximity to town and the beach. We would love to come again under happier circumstances to explore the area and relax at this property.

What a great spot!

We came with family and friends for a week in Lewes. Our stay at the Pink Lady house was amazing. It is a delightful, spacious, well-supplied house that everyone enjoyed. Communication with the property owner/manager was quick and easy. The house bikes were in good condition, the beach chairs were great, and there were plenty of house beach towels for everyone! The basics in the kitchen (oil, salt, spices, sugar) made for easy cooking when we wanted. We didn’t have to worry about linens—all supplied—so logistically it was also uncomplicated. Overall, staying at this house made it easy to have a fantastic beach week for family!

Slice of summer heaven

Everything about our stay was top notch. Beautiful, well-appointed home centrally located to town and the bay. We loved everything about our stay from morning coffee on the wrap-around porch to the cozy TV room and elegant dining room for pasta dinner with extended family who live in nearby Dewey. Loved the quaint little town as well. Great restaurants! House and gardens are gorgeous! Thank you!

Couldn’t be better

Just fabulous, as we noted in the registry book by the front door! Kitchen was loaded for all kinds of cooking and meals. We easily served 12 at the dining room table and another night 15 scattered around the sunroom and outdoors. Bedrooms were perfect. Having new fenced in yard was great for having kids there. Plenty of parking, shed was loaded with beach toys and bikes. Easy to walk into town to the shops and restaurants or walk to the canal, or even to the beach. Or we could drive to the beach or ride bikes there same with going to Henlopen SP, which was loaded with things to do. My nephews loved the disc golf there, we loved the small waves with the boogie boards, Others liked the bike trails. I could say more, but will stop by noting this was all very reasonably priced. Thx!

“The Beautiful Pink House”

Our family had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Christine is responsive and gracious. The home is beautiful, historic and well looked after. Everything we needed was there. Couples biking getaway

We are 3 couples who try different places to bike and enjoy getting the know the area. This house was situated within biking distance of the trails, walking distance of town and very near beaches.. The house was very quiet, well organized. and large enough for us all to gather. I would highly recommend staying here.

Pink Lady is a true gem!

What an amazing vacation home! We celebrated our Mom’s 80th birthday in our favorite town and could not have been more pleased. We had a four night stay, ranging in ages from 16 to 87 and the house was spacious and provided us with everything we needed to create an extremely memorable family celebration. Great house and great location

We were a group of four women who like to play bridge and shop and eat! We sometimes stay in hotels, but we wanted to each have separate bedrooms and this house has four bedrooms. It was a very pleasant surprise that the house not only had four bedrooms, but was spic and span clean And had anything we needed. It’s two blocks from LEWES shopping area and less than a mile to the beach. Their shed had chairs umbrellas, beach toys and bikes. Everything you would need for a family trip to the beach. We had good luck in that the weekend was in the 70s to 80 the last week in October. So had a great two days at the beach. Definitely would come again.Owner/manager responded to our questions immediately.

Incredible Property

Incredible stay at the Pink Lady for a long weekend, and we wish we could have stayed longer. Just a short drive away from beach access at cape Henelopen state park. Also very walkable to downtown Lewes. The home literally had everything you could need. All cooking supplies both inside and out (grill and grill utensils). Incredibly clean and parking for 3 cars on property was a plus! Plenary of room for a family of 8.

Very pleasant stay in Lewes

The house itself is in great shape, and the furnishings are much more substantial than we've often found in rental properties. The shed contained a lot of beach equipment--umbrellas and boogie boards, along with a wheeled basket for hauling them. It also had a bunch of bicycles. Lewes itself is charming, and Cape Henlopen state park is a gem. In August, there was a lot of first-rate local produce available.

The Pinklady is a lovely and very comfortable house with lots of room to spread out. We enjoyed a backyard barbecue and some of our family used the available bikes. The kitchen is particularly well furnished with quality appliances and pots and pans and anything you need to cook a meal. Our family enjoyed our time there.

Wonderful property

This is a beautiful, historic house that you can tell has been lovingly restored and now has all the amenities one could ask for and then some. The location is fantastic too, a it's also a very short walk from downtown Lewes and other shopping. You could probably eat at a different place every night for a week and not walk more than 10 minutes.

Love Lewes, nice home close to everything

This is a spacious home, lots of character, well-maintained and updated. The walk to town is easy and to bay beach is doable, very close to ocean beach by car, or bike maybe if you don’t mind the heat and travel light. Pretty yard but patio table was too small for our family and it was a heatwave so we enjoyed dinners in the all-season room. It is a busier street in front but side street is quiet with ample parking.
