Dee was attentive, always answered my questions in a timely manner. We rented a boat so the dock came in very handy, the last day we just stayed on the lower dock and the kids had a blast jumping off the dock, as we took advantage of the great furniture they had on the lower dock. 'The property was great. Super clean, simple but super functional unit, and low chaos as it was on the quiet outside corner of Big Cove. The launch ramp and dock were so user friendly.
