'The location was great; but be ready to climb some steps. The hotel staff and valet service were awesome. Other than our room being right at the elevators everything was great with the room. The only exception was the breakfast. The eggs and sausage were not good nor was the western omelets. My friend got sick after eating it.'

'Free laundry at the sister hotel across the street and free printing in the business center. The staff at both the holiday inn and the sister hotel were just the nicest people. Went above and beyond for us! Only con is that the cleaning agent they use is a heavily perfumed floral. If you're sensitive to smells, maybe skip this hotel.'

'Shower was scalding hot. Went to front desk, employee acted like we were bothering her but said she would let maintenance know. Shower still scalding next am. Floor in bathroom and next to bed was VERY slippery. Did not enjoy my stay and would not go back in future.'

'I stayed for two nights , as arriving Sharon at the desk greeted me it was immediately a warm welcome with her and her humor. She warned me about the sold out solf ball tournament that was being held in Greenville so she put me on the 4th floor to prevent all the noise from the children there . The hotel is new and clean . My only problem when I enter my room the sink was clogged up with hair but I called the front desk and they had it fixed . The next day I asked for housekeeping but never got...
