'Newer property. No breakfast offered. Coffee only. There's convenience items for sale adjacent to the check in desk, you ring yourself up at a kiosk like at Walmart. No ice machines in the hallway. There are icemakers in the rooms inside the fridges, but takes a while to get them going. Staff did just enough to work the desk, not overly friendly, didnt go out of way. Perhaps the property hasnt had time to develop its vibe, kind of cold. '

'Needed somewhere that felt quick, clean, and safe. Parking lot is well lit. Overnight, the office is locked so you have to speak to attendant through a little window, and it was a little hard to hear him, but check in was quick. The room we stayed in seemed updated fairly recently. The whole building seemed that way actually. Single queen bed room, only 2 pillows. Soaps weren’t fancy or anything, but it’s enough if you’re just stopping through. If you’re bougie, bring your own comfort items...

'This is a beautiful historic house with lots of charm. The unit has so much space: all the rooms are very generous, including the bathrooms. Although we are not usually downtown people we enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants (Anna's Greek - highly recommend & Hilligan's - we don't recommend!) and the street noises were not bothersome. 'Breakfast was a full disappointment, very little to choose from and what they had was not good at all. Pink pancakes 🙃 scrambled eggs very dry, no pastry, no yogurt. Room was clean but carpet in the hallway was dirty and spotty. The evening check in gentleman was very friendly and talking with everyone to compare to the lady who checked us out, didn’t even talked to us. Parking was very safe and well maintained. '
