The Space:

Sunshine Cove is a recently remodeled 3-bedroom, 3-bath waterfront home with comfortable spaces for families and friends to relax together. The well-equipped kitchen includes the essentials for preparing meals, and bed linens and towels are provided.



A dedicated office area gives guests a convenient place to work when needed, with Starlink internet available throughout the home. The home also features a Smart TV for guests to use with their own streaming services.



Outside, Sunshine Cove offers a large yard with plenty of room for play and added privacy along one side of the property. Guests can enjoy the patio, outdoor grill, firepit with upgraded Adirondack chairs, and a clothesline that's especially handy after a day on the water.



Two kayaks are provided, and guests bringing their own boat can tie up at the property for easy access to East Twin Lake.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the home, waterfront, large yard, and outdoor living areas during their stay. Enjoy two kayaks for exploring the cove and East Twin Lake, or bring your own boat and tie up at the property. The large yard offers plenty of room for outdoor play, while the patio, grill, and firepit with upgraded Adirondack chairs provide great spaces to relax and enjoy Northern Michigan evenings.



The Neighborhood:

Sunshine Cove is located on a peaceful cove with quick water access to East Twin Lake in Lewiston, Michigan. Guests can kayak or boat from the property out to beautiful East Twin Lake for swimming, fishing, and other lake activities.



Downtown Lewiston, the local grocery store, and a family entertainment center are just a short drive away. The entertainment center offers outdoor activities, arcade games, and casual comfort food, giving families another fun option when they want a break from the lake. Guests are also close to miles of Northern Michigan DNR trails and state forest roads for ORV riding, snowmobiling, and year-round outdoor recreation.



Getting Around:

On-site parking is available. A vehicle is recommended for exploring downtown Lewiston and the surrounding Northern Michigan area. Guests can bring their own boat and tie it up at the property, or use the two provided kayaks to access East Twin Lake.

• A 4-digit entry code will be sent the day before check-in.
