Enjoy a convenient, downtown Lexington location while tucked away in this gorgeous, newly renovated cottage. The property is walkable to local attractions including Washington & Lee University, VMI, and the many restaurants and shops the area has to offer. Please note that this location does not have any designated guest parking available. There is free daily and overnight parking available within walking distance.

Additional note: As a pet-friendly property, we warmly welcome your pets. Please note that a pet fee of $100 will be added to your reservation to ensure thorough cleaning for our next guests, especially those with allergies. This fee will be applied once we update your reservation details to reflect the correct number of guests and pets.​ If you have any questions or need assistance with your reservation, please feel free to reach out.

The Cottage is located in a building that also houses a quiet commercial tenant who keeps regular weekday office hours. While the unit is very quiet and private, there may be some occasional street noise from traffic as the unit is located downtown.

✅ Street Parking – Available throughout downtown Lexington. Free for up to 2 hours until 6 PM. Overnight parking is allowed unless otherwise posted.
✅Jefferson Street Public Parking Lot – 3-hour parking limit on weekdays until 6 PM. Free on weekends and overnight parking is allowed.
✅Randolph Street Public Parking Lot – 3-hour parking limit on weekdays until 6 PM. Free on weekends and overnight parking is allowed.
✅Courthouse Parking Garage – Free all-day parking. Overnight parking is not permitted.
