2 story inside rooms and no elevator. Had to carry luggage up the steps on two bad legs. No luggage cart upstairs once you get up there. My room was all the way at the end of the hall way. No elevator was not listed on the website. Toilet seat was really loose. Can I rate it lower than a 1?

I have been staying here for the past 13 years when I come to Kentucky for the three day event at the horse park. The staff are courteous and kind and will go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect!

Average hotel except the water in the shower was lukewarm at best. I was also woken at 6:45 am by the sound of children running down the hall. Then a family decided to open and slam their door shut about 15 times over the next hour. This wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but just know that if there is any noise in the hallway, you will hear it.

The room was clean but worn down and our toilet continued to run throughout the afternoon and evening of our last night. The staff was very friendly but kept to themselves (one hello during our 3 day trip would have been nice). There’s no elevator and the bathroom has an odor. Overall it was ok for an overnight stay. The sheets were clean and the man at the desk was very nice.

We stayed here for 4 days. Loved that it was quiet. The breakfast is ok, but the avoid the processed egg disks. The staff were nice. Check in and check out were quick. Beds were comfortable. We would stay here again.

Great check in experience, staff was very friendly, breakfast was ok (standard). The only downside was we were in the Junior Suite which was great with lots of windows but was quite bright at night and blinds did not keep the city lights out. If you like pitch dark room pick an interior room with curtains not blinds.
