Heart of Lexington Michigan
Our 10-day visit to the Lexington Michigan area went well, this property was perfectly located, clean and comfortable during our stay. We, too, own a cottage in the area that we short term rent and we treated this home as we hope our tenants treat ours during their stay. The outside space is well done too! I will rent again!

Beautiful Lake House is Waiting
This is our second week-long stay here, since we enjoyed the first stay so much, and it won't be our last. The house had everything we needed; it is very spacious and comfortable. Lexington is a really cute lakeside vacation spot with shops, restaurants, and the harbor on Lake Huron. The house is in a quiet residential section of town, but we could walk to everything. The propery is fenced-in and private with a nice patio.

Great Vacation
Loved the location of the home. It was close to town but also quiet. It was just what I needed in regards to room. The fireworks in town was the icing to the cake. The patio was perfect for morning coffee while listening to the birds.The owner had amazing communication throughout the visit. My pup also loved all the grass. Overall, it was a great time!

Great cottage!
We loved our stay! Such a great location. Close to everything and the house was clean and comfy! I cook a lot and found the kitchen to be well stocked. We also loved the beautiful outdoor patio and yard!

Peaceful family vacation
We had a wonderful vacation. This property was perfectly located. We walked downtown multiple times and the harbor, the pier, and of course the beach (daily!). My only complaint would be some lacking provisions in the kitchen. We made do (and chose to use disposable plates and cutlery to save on dishwashing), but it would be nice to have a bit more silverware. That's a pretty minor complaint! We had a great time and are hoping to return to Lexington in the future.

Long weekend in Lexington
My husband and adult children had a wonderful stay at Steve’s Lexington house. The location in town was fantastic, and the house and yard were just as nice, If not nicer, than we thought they would be. The communication with Steve was simple and prompt. We definitely plan to stay again!

Home Away From Home!
This was our third time staying at the Fick Family Lake House and just as our previous visits, it did not disappoint! This cozy home is perfectly located a block away from a small beach and within walking distance to downtown Lexington...perfect for grabbing yummy paninis from Sweetwater or a delicious cup of joe from Lexington Coffee Co.

Nice little house in a great little town.
The house is exactly as pictured and described. The house was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had everything we needed. The house is an easily walkable distance from the town and all the restaurants. There were a couple of small issues but Steven responded immediately and addressed the issues to our satisfaction. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can easily recommend this comfortable little house.

Great home & location!
Loved that we could walk to town, use the provided Kayak at the beach around the corner. Kids all slept in the upstairs bedroom & loft, leaving the main floor & bedroom for my husband & I. Good kitchen amenities for cooking. Very big yard, fully fenced in.

Exactly as described.
Close to everything. Steve was FANTASTIC with communicating.. EVERYTHING you could possibly need is for your stay is in this cute home. The only complaint is mattresses need updating(not comfortable at all) and maybe another twin bed instead of love seat in room upstairs. Thank you.... would definitely stay again.

Really cute cottage
Had our kids and grandchild staying in the cottage to attend an 80th birthday party. There was plenty of room and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Came from Savannah, GA to spend a weekend with family and friends doing a little fishing and celebrate a birthday. Home was small for our group, normally we rent larger places. But this was just right for a quick out of town stay. Will consider renting again in the future.

Family getaway
Started out not well place was dirty, tv but no internet, yard fence gates were broken so wasn’t completely fenced in but it was a great neighborhood, close walking distance to beach, close walking distance to restaurants and shops. The owner was very nice and always wrote right back to us. It was a nice family cottage and made great memories.

Fantastic Location for this cozy lake house
We had a wonderful time at the lake house - such an excellent location. Our whole family enjoyed walks through the neighborhood and especially being only a block from the beach and two blocks to the quaint downtown of Lexington. Our first time on Lake Huron and we definitely hope to return.

If you are looking for a little beach getaway, this is it! Cute house and an incredible location for walking downtown or to the beach. We also enjoyed pizza at Sweetwater Cafe! Lexington is a great little town. The beach water is so clean too. We would love to come back. We brought our bikes and rode around everywhere. Great mini-vacay!

Perfect Vacation Spot!
Steven was a wonderful host! The property was beautiful and had every amenity we could want. It is in a quiet neighborhood but just blocks from the cute downtown shops and waterfront. Steven was quick and thorough with all communications and we would love to stay again!
