Lexington stay
I stayed in Lexington for a week for my son’s surgery. This house had everything I needed. A nice back yard for my dog to romp and play. Close proximity to food and medical center Will definitely be back

Perfect for a 1 night stay
Lexington is the location of our grandkids swap with our kids. This was a perfect space for a quick overnight turnaround for us and the grandkids. We definitely appreciated the welcome ginger ale, water, bottles, chocolate, popcorn, and the stock of coffee and hot cocoa for the next morning.

Cute and convenient!
We needed a place to stay one night in Lexington to attend a concert at Rupp Arena. This house was in a great location. Quiet neighborhood, very clean house, on the small side, but had everything we needed and more! Loved the fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Would definitely book here again.

Comfortable and Convenient Stay!
We stayed at this property while visiting Lexington for a recent college visit to UK. The neighborhood was quiet, the property was clean and well designed. You could tell that the home is quite old, but the owners have done a good job of updating it. It was cozy and clean and perfect to bring our dog with us. Would stay there again!

Needed a place for 1 night with short notice for me & 5 friends to shower, sleep, & wash clothes after a Ragnar Road Race that finished nearby. It’s an older home needing some TLC, but its functional & clean & in a convenient location.

The interior of the property was clean. We didn’t stay here much, just at night to sleep. WiFi was not accessible, but it was late at night and figured the property manager wouldn’t answer anyway. I had some logistical issues I wanted to clear up prior to check in but never received any responses to my four message. The only messages I received from the property manager were the automated messages in response to the booking. My elderly father had difficulty walking from the car to the house as the shrubbery is overgrown and blocking the sidewalk and the grass was very uneven. This may not be an issue for most, but for anyone who is unstable on their feet, be sure to have someone assist them to the door. The location was very convenient, close to everything. Definitely enjoyed our time seeing Lexington.

Not in working order
When arrived at property we could not connect to the internet and all TV’s were not working. Made several phone calls and left messages and after two hours was contacted by the property management company. They did inform me that the cable company would be out on Sunday, and this was Friday. The property management company did offer a full refund but when it was credited to my account they did not refund the cleaning fee or service fee. I have reached out in regards to this and have not gotten a response.

Just the basics but gets the job done
Great property for a short stay with a couple of other people. The property itself was good, but the interior could use some updates as there is cracking paint in some of the bedrooms and a new shower head would make a big difference. Do not expect to eat in the home if you have more than a couple people staying as the only table seats just two at one time. If you are staying with children needing a high chair or booster seat, the table would not work at all. The wifi did not work our entire stay, and we struggled to get any response from the property management company about correcting it. We also had some folks show up to fix the roof without any notification that they would be arriving. A heads up to expect them would have been nice to receive. The proximity to a family member's house is the primary reason why we chose this property, but I'm not sure we would stay again based on our experience.
