Thank you for your feedback Philip, glad you found room clean, None of our accommodations include breakfast, I will speak to management to see if we can include breakfast in some of the rooms. We do have a sign outside the Mill for check in, I'm sorry the staff let you down on arrival, We aim to give our guests the best experience at Charnock Farm, we will speak to our staff to prevent this happening again. The road noise has not been a issue with the guests staying at Charnock Farm, I hope this didn't spoil your stay.RegardsCharnock Team

I have spoken with the team regarding offering of food/services, just sorry this happened on your stay. Really do hope this doesn't prevent you staying with us again
