'This is an old hotel, but glad I stayed. Had a front room, stunning view from the 5th floor out into the ocean. The view is even while sitting on the bed. Note: when you come out of the hotel, go right, past the pier, to where the six giant markets are, find the seafood, we bought lobster, crab, shrimp, then walk back the opposite direction, past the hotel, keep walking till you see all the little shops cooking food, they will cook your seafood for a very small price. There are about 20 long...

'big rooms'

'Great big rooms for 4, on 7th floor for families. Food in restaurant on ground floor is one of the best in town, but aircon always too cold, bring your longsleeves.'

'Our stay was very pleasant. Of all the hotels that I checked in from Cebu, Surigao , Jaimees has HOT water in the shower room which I appreciate much especially that I wasn’t feeling too well. I was fortunate to meet the owners and they are so nice and accommodating... If ever I’ll be in Leyte there’s no doubt that I’ll be coming back to Jaimees...'
