'When we booked the hotel it said it had a Jacuzzi and it didn’t also the beds were stiff. Staff was polite.and breakfast was great. also check-in time was a little late to check in at 3 PM.'

'Paid for a king size room and was stuck with a queen. No towels, only one blanket soni asked if they had an extra and they replied no. Verh poor experience 5/4/26 and this wasnt better. Would not recommend at all! Poor attitude and atmosphere.'

'Front desk woman at check in was very helpful and put us in a handicapped room with walk in shower on the ground floor even though we had not requested that. My wife has difficulty walking any distance and we use a wheelchair for her sometimes. Room was nice and the shower was excellent. The attached casino had only a bar and a hamburger place for eating. Nothing else close that we knew about. The hamburger place was kind of pricey but the food was good. No valet so had to schlep our own...

Unfortunately, no one ever came. As a result, my family was unable to use the restroom in our room for the entire night, and we had to use the public restroom instead, which was dirty. This was a very disappointing experience.'
